The development consists of a 10 storey tower and 4 storey low rise building as well as a gym, retail space, meeting rooms and communal gardens and basement car parking. TRD's work consisted of: - Demolition of a garage which was being used as a car wash, working alongside archaeologists. The site is of significant importance as it is thought to date to the Roman era. - Underground tanks and an original viaduct was removed. - We are currently crushing all materials as the client will re-use on site reducing the amount of waste going to landfill .
